• LootBuddy cannot guarantee or be held liable for any risks or losses resulting from **transactions completed outside** of the official platform environment.

4. FINANCIAL & REFUND POLICIES

All currency exchanges are facilitated via **encrypted third-party payment gateways**. Refunds are issued based on our dedicated refund policy document and are processed following an internal audit on a case-by-case basis.

5. PROHIBITED SYSTEM ACTIVITIES

• Attempting to sell or distribute items known to be **illegal, stolen, or fraudulent** (e.g., hacked accounts).
